Nani’s visits: the exhibition

To celebrate the publication of the book Las visitas de Nani, I was invited to exhibit my creative process over the past seven years researching and making the book, at the gallery of Panta Rhei bookshop.

The gallery will be undergoing a make-over next month before transforming into a workshop space, so as the final exhibiting artist, I was given “carte-blanche” to use the space as I pleased.

Continuing the idea of the mural-map I began at my artist residence three years earlier,  I appropriated the entire space to make a visual journey both of the book and my process behind it.

During two days, I was accompanied by my publisher Irene Savino from Ediciones Ekaré who assisted me in curating the exhibition and Teresa Bieger who documented the installation.
